After you've set up your portal, you will likely want to invite your team as well. Doing so is straightforward in your portal.
Steps to invite a coworkers
- Go to Settings/Members.
- Click on "Invite user"
- Enter the user's information and set their role
- Enter their information and click "Send Invite"
For internal users, we currently support two roles: Admin and Staff. The differences are straightforward:
- Staff users cannot access most settings.
- Staff users cannot change other internal user roles
To change an internal user's role after they have been invited go to Settings/Members and click on the actions menu for that user.
