Inviting your team

After you've set up your portal, you will likely want to invite your team as well. Doing so is straightforward in your portal.

Steps to invite a coworkers

  1. Go to Settings/Members.
  2. Click on "Invite user"
  3. Enter the user's information and set their role
  4. Enter their information and click "Send Invite"


For internal users, we currently support two roles: Admin and Staff. The differences are straightforward:

  • Staff users cannot access most settings.
  • Staff users cannot change other internal user roles

To change an internal user's role after they have been invited go to Settings/Members and click on the actions menu for that user.
