Mostly commonly, the Knowledge base module it is used as a help desk, support center, and FAQ center, but you can use it for any content you like. Articles can have rich text, images, and videos. And you can categorize content using tags.
Client User experience
Clients can upvote/downvote content so that you gain insight about what content resonates best.
How is the Knowledge base different from a blog?
Content in the Knowledge base is only accessible by your client users. So unlike a blog, which anyone can access and is used to drive traffic to your website, the Knowledge base is intended for clients only.
Can I share articles with some of my clients only?
At this time, articles in your Knowledge base can all be viewed by all your clients.
